The sponsorship program offers your company strategic opportunities to effectively promote your products and services during the 1913 Business Summit. Sponsors enjoy the visibility, recognition, and access to convention attendees. Your sponsorship helps make this event possible, and should provide an immense amount of value to you and your company. Our first year sponsors in 2021 experienced a tremendous amount of value.

All sponsorship packages will include your logo on our sponsor wall at the convention, as well as our sponsor page on the website.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation for 2024 will be allowed on the following schedule:

  • From May 24 - July 30th - Full Refund
  • From August 1 to August 31 - 75% refund
  • From September 1st – September 30th - 50% refund
  • From October 1st – October 15th - 25% refund
  • After October 15th - no refunds

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to loren@aepbn.com prior to the cutoff date.

What is the cancellation policy for the hotel rooms under the room block?

This cancellation policy only applies to rooms under the room block and is separate from the registration cancellation policy. Receive a full refund if you decide to cancel your reservation before August 15th. Cancellations between August 15th and September 6th are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations between September 7th and October 1st are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds after October 1st.  

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to loren@aepbn.com prior to the cutoff date.

What happens if the event is cancelled due to the pandemic?

We do not anticipate that the event will be cancelled outright. If the government (national or local) prevents our event from taking place, we will first attempt to reschedule the convention for a later date and your registration fees will be carried over to the new event. In the unlikely event that we must completely cancel due to the pandemic, we will issue refunds minus a small staffing and processing fee of 8%.

Are there going to be meals served?

Yes. A breakfast buffet will be served on Saturday and Sunday morning, and a lunch buffet on Saturday. Kosher meals will be an option. Additionally, there will be snacks and drinks served throughout the sessions and drinks and passed hors d'oeuvres at the networking receptions.

Does my registration fee include my hotel?

No. In 2024, your registration fee DOES NOT include your hotel accommodations. We have negotiated a reduced room rate at the Conrad at Resorts World for extra nights if you wish to book them, and attendees are encouraged to stay there. 

Is this event officially sanctioned by AEPi?

No. This event is being organized and hosted by AEPBN, LLC. 

Will there be a virtual option?

At this point, we are not planning to have a virtual option, but this could change depending on many factors. If you are interested in attending a virtual option, please email loren@aepbn.com.

Will there be kosher food?

Yes! Kosher options will be available.

What does the registration price cover?

Your registration price covers the use of the space itself, meals served, a discounted hotel room block, gift bag at registration, breakfast served both days, lunch on Saturday, attendance at all breakout and main sessions, drinks and snacks throughout the convention, drinks for both networking receptions, and passed hors d'oeuvres at both networking receptions.

5:15 PM: Brainstorming Session: How can we change the narrative around Israel? How do we hold campuses accountable? 

6:15 PM: Shabbat prayers

6:30 PM: Kickoff Cocktail Networking Reception

8:00 PM: Jean Georges Dinner (limit 22 people. Separate registration required)

11:30 PM: Farewell remarks

1:00 PM: Football with the stragglers. Watch football in Loren’s suite, sports bar, or skybox at MGM

7:00 PM: Dinner at Prime in Bellagio for whoever is left (must be pre-registered)
