Does my registration fee include my hotel?
YES! In 2025, your registration fee DOES include your hotel accommodations for Friday and Saturday night! We have negotiated a reduced room rate at the Hotel for extra nights if you wish to book them.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation for 2025 will be allowed on the following schedule:
- From June 11 - July 30th - Full Refund
- From August 1 to August 31 - 75% refund
- From September 1st – September 30th - 50% refund
- From October 1st – October 15th - 25% refund

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to loren@aepbn.com prior to the cutoff date.
What happens if the event is cancelled due to an emergency like the pandemic?
We do not anticipate that the event will be cancelled outright. If the government (national or local) prevents our event from taking place for any reason, we will first attempt to reschedule the convention for a later date and your registration fees will be carried over to the new event. In the unlikely event that we must completely cancel due to a national emergency, we will issue refunds minus a small staffing and processing fee of 8%.
Are there going to be meals served?
Yes. There is a cocktail networking reception Friday night with drinks and passed hors d'oeuvres. A breakfast buffet will be served on Saturday and Sunday morning, and a lunch buffet on Saturday. There is also a banquet dinner Saturday night. Kosher meals will be available on an as requested basis. Additionally, there will be snacks and drinks served throughout the sessions and at the networking receptions.
Is this event officially sanctioned by AEPi?
No. This event is being organized and hosted by AEPBN, LLC., and is not officially sanctioned or endorsed by AEPi International, or the AEPi Foundation.
Will there be a virtual option?
At this point, we are not planning to have a virtual option, but this could change depending on many factors. If you are interested in attending a virtual option, please email loren@aepbn.com.
Will there be kosher food?
Yes! Kosher options will be available. You must specify that you need a Kosher meal prior to September 30th.
What does the registration price cover?
Your registration price covers the use of the space itself, a discounted hotel room block, gift bag at registration, breakfast served both days, lunch on Saturday, dinner on Saturday night, attendance at all breakout and main sessions, drinks and snacks throughout the convention, contact list of attendees, drinks for both networking receptions, and passed hors d'oeuvres at both networking receptions.
